Bandon Beach Riding Stables - Handicapped Welcome Our North Beach Trip is all on the beach. Enjoy the tide pools, beautiful rocks and caves. 3 miles lasting about 1 hour. Rides leave at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. ~~ * Sunset Rides are May through September at 6:00 pm. All on the beach, across creeks, view picturesque caves and beautiful rocks, 4 miles and about 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours. ~~ Enjoy Bandon Beach. We make your dreams come true. Museums

Bandon Historical Society Museum - Bandon Historical Society Museum is located in Bandon, Oregon, right on Highway 101, with easy parking off the street. The museum is housed in the second building to be constructed after the 1936 fire that destroyed the city. Until 1970, this building was Bandon’s city hall. Featuring extensive displays dating back to the earliest pioneers, including the Big Bandon Fire of 1936.

Adventure Kayak - Adventure Kayak & Kite Shop Discover the fun and enjoyment of kayaking the Bandon Marsh National Wildlife Refuge on the lower Coquille River. Shore Acres State Park - Perched on rugged sandstone cliffs high above the ocean, Shore Acres State Park is an exciting and unexpected combination of beautiful natural and constructed features. Once the grand estate of pioneer timber baron Louis Simpson, Shore Acres features lushly planted gardens with plants and flowers from all over the world. Something is in bloom almost every day of the year. In the landscaped area you’ll discover a formal garden, an oriental-style pond and two rose gardens which include an All American Rose Selection display. From Thanksgiving through New Years, the gardens are ablaze with thousands of colored lights and holiday decorations put up by community volunteers and The Friends of Shore Acres in cooperation with the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. Most of the garden is wheelchair accessible, and loaner wheelchairs are available from the information center/gift store operated on-site by the Friends of Shore Acres.

The Prehistoric Gardens - The Prehistoric Gardens…Take a trip back in time - far back in earth’s prehistory where giants roamed the primordial forest… see more than 20 life size sculptures of dinosaurs in and among rare plants and old growth trees of the southern Oregon Coast’s rainforest. A natural for kids, fun and educational for adults too.
